Host and MC
Give the programme pace, warmth and continuity, with an experienced host who can connect speakers, themes and audience energy.
Lesley Li · host, curator and speaker
Lesley brings financial-services depth, founder energy and audience connection to stage hosting, programme curation, keynotes, panels and practical workshops.
More than a speaker slot
Lesley can step into one session or help shape how a broader programme hangs together. Every engagement begins with the audience and the question they should leave carrying.
Give the programme pace, warmth and continuity, with an experienced host who can connect speakers, themes and audience energy.
Shape the central question, assemble complementary voices and prepare a conversation that moves beyond rehearsed talking points.
Bring a keynote, panel contribution or participatory workshop grounded in finance, behavioural insight and real founder experience.
Topics
Topics are adapted to the room. These are recurring territories, not a fixed talk menu.
Why access is only the first step, and how confidence, belonging and decision design shape participation.
How technology can strengthen human judgement while keeping evidence, uncertainty and accountability visible.
What the intention and action gap teaches us about relevance, trust, evidence and communication.
A cross-cultural founder perspective on voice, reinvention and thoughtful risk when certainty is unavailable.
A brief that fits the room
Purpose, room, other voices, cultural context and the desired shift are made explicit before the content is shaped.
Stories, evidence and questions are used to bring the audience into the thinking, not simply deliver information at them.
Add a live u impact assessment, audience workshop, interview content or a practical post-event resource.
