Three ways to work with u impact

Put investor understanding
to work.

Use the assessment inside your investor journey, turn it into a live event experience, or bring the thinking to your stage. Each route starts with a real audience and a question worth answering.

Choose the outcome

One method.
Three useful forms.

These are not three names for the same engagement. Each is designed around a different moment: changing an investor journey, engaging a room, or advancing a conversation.

01 · IMPLEMENTATION

Build it into the investor journey.

A scoped programme for banks, wealth managers and investment platforms that need cohort evidence, explainable profiles and interventions they can test.

02 · EVENT ACTIVATION

Let the room experience it.

A branded, live assessment activity that turns participation into an anonymised cohort conversation during a conference, client event or leadership session.

03 · SPEAKING

Put investor behaviour on the agenda.

Keynotes, panels, workshops and hosting with Lesley Li, combining banking, behavioural insight, responsible AI and financial inclusion.

Investor implementation

From a survey link to
a working decision tool.

We implement u impact for a defined investor population and business question. The assessment combines self-report, knowledge checks and standardised scenarios, then produces reproducible profiles and cohort patterns.

A typical engagement starts with a scoped pilot. We agree the cohort, journey stage and decision to improve; configure the assessment; run the fieldwork; review the evidence; and translate candidate hypotheses into testable interventions.

Best when: you have an identifiable investor cohort, a measurable journey outcome and a team able to test changes.

Live event activation

Turn participation into
a live conversation.

We adapt the assessment into a concise event experience: participants join by QR code, receive an individual result, and the room sees anonymised aggregate patterns that a facilitator can explore in real time.

It can work as a stand activation, conference session, client workshop or internal leadership exercise. The purpose is not to label an audience; it is to give the room a shared, evidence-informed language for confidence, competence and uncertainty.

Privacy by design: individual responses remain private; public discussion uses aggregate patterns. The final format and data handling are agreed with the organiser.

Speaking engagements

Bring a point of view,
not another trend talk.

Lesley Li speaks at the intersection of money, behaviour and responsible technology. Her talks draw on more than a decade in global banking, building u impact, and experience across Money20/20, IFGS, Morningstar, FIBE and TEDx.

Engagements are shaped around the audience rather than lifted from a generic keynote menu. Formats range from keynote and panel participation to workshops, moderation and stage hosting.

Common themes: inclusive investing, confidence and participation, sustainable intent versus action, responsible AI and cross-cultural leadership.

The format follows the outcome

Start with the change,
not the deliverable.

Need to improve a product or investor journey? Start with implementation. Need a shared audience experience? Choose a live activation. Need ideas, energy and a distinctive perspective on stage? Start with speaking. If the brief crosses two routes, we can combine them deliberately.

Not sure which route fits?

Start with the audience and the decision, behaviour or conversation you want to change.
