Clemens is an Industrial Associate at the Institute for Manufacturing, University of Cambridge. His work spans strategic technology and innovation management, roadmapping, product systems and applied research.

He has worked with organisations around the globe on innovation strategy, connecting long-term direction with technology choices, product systems and delivery. He founded InnovationFlow to turn that practice into a structured digital platform.

He holds a PhD and MPhil from the University of Cambridge, an MEng in Aerospace Engineering, and is a Chartered Engineer and Member of the Royal Aeronautical Society.

At u impact, Clemens focuses on research architecture, platform design and the boundary between deterministic evidence and AI-assisted explanation. His aim is to make complex analysis traceable enough to challenge and practical enough to use.
